The Faculty of Basic Sciences

The basic sciences include sciences that deal with the fundamental examination of phenomena (entity, rules and relationships governing them). In other words, basic sciences are the main foundation of other knowledge. The most known of these Sciences include mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, agriculture, and natural resources.

The Faculty of Basic Sciences was established in March 2010. At the moment, the faculty has 6 specialised groups, 54 majors including 5 orientations in PhD programs, 14 orientations in Master’s program, 26 orientations in bachelor’s program and it trains and educates experts in basic sciences.
