The Law Department of IAU-A embarked on admitting students in 1996. Currently, this department offers BA, MA, and PhD programs for Criminal Law, Criminology, and Private Law students. Private Law students get familiar with areas like Civil Law, Commercial Law, Legal Proceedings and Forensic Medicine. After graduation, students of law usually work as judges in courts or as lawyers, notaries, and legal consultants in public and private sectors.
